Public Group active 9 hours, 8 minutes agoThe Internet Society Kolkata Chapter is organizing an event for One Web Day. The exact details have yet to be firmed up but from the looks of it we are heading towards a big get together rather than a small one since we have more members this year.
We have managed to secure a venue free of charge – it is a 120 seater auditorium on the premises of CMRI, one of the larger hospitals of Kolkata. We are also in dialogue with CIO Association of India to join us in the OWD celebrations.

Kolkata: 1 year, 3 months agoA bit off topic for OWD 2010 but ISOC India Kolkata Chapter has launched a One Web Day 2011 Blogging Contest.
Open to all between the ages of 12 to 22, as at 22/09/10, participants can post one or more entries on selected topics and win prizes to be awarded on One Web Day, 22 September, 2011.
